What this policy covers

This policy applies to the voronka web app (voronka.net) and the voronka browser extension. voronka is a recruiter decision-support tool: it assesses how well a candidate fits a job. A human makes the hiring decision; the service does not hire or reject candidates automatically.

What data is processed

• Account data — email and password. The password is stored as an irreversible hash, never in plain text.
• Uploaded materials — resumes, job descriptions, text, files, and audio you add. These may contain personal data of candidates (third parties).
• Service results — fit assessments, blockers, result disputes, outcomes (hired / not hired).
• Extension — the text of the open candidate page on linkedin.com, hh.ru, and career.habr.com; read only when you click “Assess this page”, with no background collection.
• Technical data — session cookies (on the site) and tokens in browser local storage (in the extension) for sign-in, plus request logs for debugging and security.

How we use data

• Produce the candidate-to-job fit assessment.
• Authenticate you and maintain your session.
• Send service emails — email verification and password reset.
• Operate, support, and secure the service and improve assessment quality.

Language-model processing

To produce the assessment, materials are processed by voronka servers and a language model under voronka’s control. Candidate personal data is not posted to public consumer AI services.

Your responsibility for candidate data

You are the one who uploads candidate data into the service. Upload it only where you have a lawful basis (candidate consent or another legitimate interest). For that data voronka acts as a processor on your instructions, and you are the party responsible for its collection.

Who data is shared with

• Processors (hosting and infrastructure) — to the extent needed to run the service.
• We do not sell data or share it with third parties for advertising.
• No advertising cookies or browsing trackers are used.

Storage and deletion

• Materials and assessment results are kept while you have a voronka account.
• The account and related data are deleted when the account is deleted or on request to the contact above.
• Cookies and session tokens last until you sign out or they expire.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction, deletion, or export — via the contact listed above.

The voronka extension — purpose and permissions

The extension’s single purpose is to show a candidate-to-job fit assessment right on the candidate page. The storage permission keeps session tokens locally; access to voronka.net is needed to reach the server; injection on linkedin.com, hh.ru, and career.habr.com renders the assessment panel on the open page.

Changes

If the policy changes, the effective date above is updated.
